Prairies Tour 2026

Calgarians are reminded to save Thursday, June 11th, 2026 as Canada Day back home will be celebrated when the music of The Stampeders will be performed as part of their Prairies Tour 2026 at Jack Singer Concert Hall. The evening show gets underway at 7:30 PM MDT with doors opening at 6:30 PM.

The tour recognizes and celebrates the Stampeders’ enduring legacy in the Prairies as they bring their Canadian tour to Moose Jaw, Winnipeg, Brandon and Edmonton before heading home to Calgary. Calgarians are asked to join in celebrating the Stampeders and these beloved Canadian Juno winners of the group award. Tickets are available starting at $113.

The Stampeders

A Journey Through Fifty Years of Canadian Rock Music brings The Stampeders of Calgary to the stage. Formed in 1964 with lead vocalist and guitarist Rich Dodson, bassist Ronnie King and drummer Kim Berly, the band became one of Canada’s most popular rock acts in the 1970s. They will perform many of their greatest hits, including their No. 8 Billboard Hot 100 international hit “Sweet City Woman” as well as some of their other favourite songs including “Wild Eyes”, “Carry Me”, “Oh My Lady”, “Devil You” and “Minstrel Gypsy” among others.

Multiple Juno Award wins in 1971 for Best Group, Best Single, Best Producer and Best Composer as well as numerous SOCAN Classics Awards are part of the many accolades The Stampeders have accumulated. The band has also been inducted into the Canadian Songwriters Hall of Fame.
